Long wait for phone repair

ON July 5, I found that my phone was out of order, and phoned the Hongkong Telephone Company, dialling 109 to ask for it to be repaired. I was told to wait for one or two days. However, after 48 hours of patiently waiting, no one came to undertake the repairs.

I called 109 again, but was given no firm answer when I asked when a technician would be free to come. On the evening of the third day a technician finally came to my flat, but after examining the phone, said he would have to come back the following day.

I do not think I should have had to wait for four days to get my phone fixed.
