Registered property transactions surged 29.4 per cent to 8,415 units last month while value rose 34 per cent to HK$12.9 billion, according to Centaline Property Agency. Centaline estimated primary transactions rose 47.2 per cent month on month to 2,930 and secondary transactions rose 29.2 per cent to 5,169.
