Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
I occasionally have to travel from my home in Mid-Levels to the New Territories.
The shortest and cheapest route by car is through the Cross-Harbour Tunnel and then the Lion Rock Tunnel. However, sometimes the tunnels are crowded and there are delays of more than one hour.
The alternative way is via the Western Harbour Crossing. It takes less than 30 minutes to reach Sha Tin. However, this tunnel charges a whooping $35 for each crossing.
I therefore suggest that the price of the Western crossing should be lowered. If this was done many more drivers would consider using this tunnel and the operator's profits would rise.
I hope the Government will consider my suggestion. It would be a great help for the people of Hong Kong.
