I live in Yiu Yan House, at Yiu On Estate, Ma On Shan.

There are four basketball courts and one football pitch in what is a small estate. One of the basketball courts is right in front of my building.

The Housing Authority has received several complaints about the noise made by gangs of youths in this court during the day and at night. Residents are disturbed at night and it is the nearby kindergarten that is worst affected in the daytime. These gangs are not really there to play basketball. They just want to disturb residents.
