The Department of Health yesterday confirmed the first case of cholera in the territory this year. The case involved a 81-year-old woman living in Kwun Tong who was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital on May 22 and was yesterday in a stable condition.
The woman had not travelled outside Hong Kong during the incubation period.
