Careless stewardess

I flew on Cathay Pacific flight CX 872 from Hong Kong to San Francisco on June 13.

Before landing, a stewardess gave me a white immigration form to fill in.

Upon arrival, I had to queue for almost two hours, as eight other international flights arrived at around the same time. When I walked up to the immigration officer with my British passport and white immigration form, he threw my passport back at me and told me to go back to the end of the queue without any explanation.

Fortunately, another passenger was nice enough to inquire about the type of travel document I was holding and, upon hearing it was a British passport, told me I should have used a green form.

If only the air stewardess had paid more attention to passengers' needs, this hassle could have been avoided.

Cathay Pacific passengers who travel to the US should ensure they get the correct forms from cabin crew.
