EXHIBITIONIST CENTRE: A boy Scout shows off his biking skills at the start of a two-week arts fair being staged at the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai to promote tourism and create jobs.

The fair, which runs until July 20, features traditional Chinese music performances, a photo gallery and booths to sell handicrafts and has been organised by the Wan Chai District Council and the government.
