Revolting eyesore scarring hillside

Would the Environmental Protection Department like to explain why a section of the landscape along Tai Tam Road has been vandalised by graffiti?

I am referring to a partially shotcreted hillside. The first graffiti I saw said, '2001'. It appeared to have been painted on. This was changed to '2002', but in the last two months it has got worse, with the additional words 'HKIS PRISON'.

Behind that there is more assorted graffiti. I live almost 2.5km away, but can see this revolting eyesore from my kitchen window. Whoever is responsible for this should be severely reprimanded.

This hill is near Hong Kong International School.

If the graffiti has anything to do with the school then its principal should give an explanation, through these columns.

Why has the beautiful landscape of Tai Tam been defaced in this manner? I want to know when whoever is responsible for this mess is going to clean it up.
