Cheung Kong sells 31 flats

Cheung Kong (Holdings) says it has sold 31 flats of Victoria Towers in Tsim Sha Tsui this month for more than HK$210 million. The units measuring 536 sq ft to 838 sq ft were priced at HK$4,718 to HK$6,559 per square foot, it said.
