Vice-president of bancassurance, wealth management
Dao Heng Bank
Ms Cheung will play a pivotal role in building and establishing the bancassurance initiative, part of the wealth management strategy of DBS in Hong Kong. She will work closely with DBS's strategic partner CGU in developing the bancassurance services of Dao Heng Bank and DBS Kwong On Bank.
Ms Cheung joined from Standard Chartered Bank.
Chief financial officer
Ms Ng, who was actuarial director, will now oversee the financial management of Prudential Hong Kong, heading the actuarial, finance and internal audit sections. She will also play a major role in formulating and executing strategy.
Ms Ng joined the company in 1994.
Mr Lo joins the Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong with responsibility for finance and administration in the region. Previously he had 11 years as finance director of AIA capital in Hong Kong. Before that he spent six years at Coopers & Lybrand in Hong Kong.
Korea team leader
The Hong Kong practice gains another New York-qualified Korea specialist with the transfer of Mr Lee from Tokyo to lead the firm's team of Korean specialists along with partner James Douglass. Mr Lee is a Korean-speaking US associate with extensive experience in cross-border corporate finance transactions.
Previously Mr Tsoi was national planning manager. He has re-structured and managed the Beijing office since his arrival in February 2001. Guangzhou has been added to the territory of MediaCom Hong Kong's general manager, Daniel Kong. Associate media director C K Lau is moving to Guangzhou to manage day-to-day operations, reporting to Mr Kong.
Senior manager, agency administration

Mr Hou's main responsibility is to manage all areas in administration, including compensation and services, to support the agency force. He also oversees compliance matters. Previously he was senior manager of financial services.
Mr Chim will manage the sales business unit. He has more than 17 years' experience in sales and marketing of construction materials in Hong Kong, Asia-Pacific and North America.
