Cheung Kong (Holdings) said it sold 57 flats of Victoria Towers in Tsim Sha Tsui this month for HK$382 million. The units were priced at HK$4,538 to HK$6,759 per square foot with the average at HK$5,625 and almost 60 per cent of buyers were investors.
