Colliers International has been appointed the sole agent for the public tender of Treasure Floating Restaurant in Sha Tin.

Roy Chan, director of Colliers' investment division, said the property comprised a three-storey building of 42,948 square feet (gross), previously used for a restaurant, on a 82,979 sq ft site. He termed the property unique and rare, with a potential for redevelopment. The tender closes on September 18.
