Confusing signs

Due to construction work at the junction of Nathan and Salisbury roads, pedestrians must use subways to cross Salisbury Road to reach the Space Museum and the Cultural Centre.


However, there are not enough signs and those that exist are unclear.


Also, there are insufficient refuse bins in the subway, so they are overflowing with rubbish.


Could the relevant departments address these problems?
