Phooey to clean up on big screen

After dozing for more than 20 years in the bottom drawer of a filing cabinet, the city's greatest ambassador is about to leap back on to the screen.
Hong Kong Phooey, Hanna-Barbera's mild-mannered janitor slash doggy superhero, is being made into a full-length feature film by Rush Hour director Brett Ratner.
