Security Bureau ruling on young abode seekers

The Security Bureau said last night that the applications of 67 young abode seekers to continue their studies in Hong Kong would be considered on various grounds - including compassionate reasons - but rejected 70 because they were over the age of 18. The bureau denied reports that instructions had been given to schools not to accept abode seekers.
