Triads 'tried to ram police'

Six suspected triad members were arrested when they allegedly threatened to ram their cars into three undercover police officers posing as hawkers outside an East Rail construction site in Sheung Shui. More than 10 other officers staged an ambush and arrested the youths. The suspects, aged between 16 and 28, were being held for questioning.
