A report in the South China Morning Post dated September 26 headlined 'Probate-case man dies after collapsing in court' said Madam Justice Yuen Ka-ning disqualified an action by two plaintiffs on the grounds that they failed to take action within the legal time limit. Madam Justice Yuen had in fact not struck out their action but merely advised the plaintiffs they were technically time-barred before continuing with the hearing. The hearing has now been adjourned.
