Vertex Communications & Technology Group, co-founded by former legislators Steven Poon Kwok-lim and Allen Lee Peng-fei, as well as Joseph Poon Shu-yan, plans to list on the Growth Enterprise Market on October 17 by placing 123.05 million shares between 40 HK cents to 60 HK cents.
