Premier Zhu Rongji is to visit Hong Kong next month to attend a world congress of accountants hosted by the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.

It is the first time the congress will have been held on Chinese territory and mainland Chinese will make up the largest delegation. Minister of Finance, Xiang Huaicheng, and China Securities Regulatory Commission chairman, Zhou Xiaochuan, will address the congress, to be held from November 18-21.
