QPL IN ASAT OFFER

Integrated circuit leadframes manufacturer QPL International Holdings has sought to boost the outlook of its Nasdaq-listed subsidiary ASAT Holdings by saying officers and directors of ASAT may buy up to two million of its American depository shares.
