A Stanley Prison inmate convicted of fist-fighting with a wheelchair-bound prisoner has lodged a lawsuit against the Correctional Services Department to clear his name. Lai Chun-ying is seeking to overturn a superintendent's decision to convict him and take away 14 days remission and wages. Lai claims he has been robbed of a fair trial.
