Twenty truck drivers angry at a 30 per cent rise in parking fees staged a slow-drive protest through Kwai Chung and Tsuen Wan. They drove from the car park at the centre of the dispute in Kwai Wo Street to the Lands Department Office in Tsuen Wan to hand in a petition.
