A police traffic officer was in a serious condition in hospital after his motorcycle collided with a taxi in Kwai Chung. The 52-year-old station sergeant was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital following the accident at the junction of Kwai Shing Circuit and Kwai Hop Street at 12.30pm.
