Lamma Fun Day

Lamma Island
The third annual Lamma Fun Day takes over the Tai Wan To (Power Station) beach and the adjacent cable road - a 10-minute walk from Yung Shue Wan ferry pier. The festival, which will raise money for the Child Welfare Scheme in Nepal, includes children's games; gift, food and beer stalls; massages; live music and performers. Beach activities include sandcastle-building contests, tug of war, egg-and-spoon races, beach volleyball and the KELY circus. Today, 10am-7pm. Signs and 'happy helpers' will guide visitors to the beach. For ferry times call 2815 6063 or visit www.hkkf.com.hk
