HELP GENUINELY NEEDY
I often see beggars sitting on the street with a bowl containing some coins.
Often I wonder why they are there. Some look healthy enough to get a job and feed themselves. I suspect that some of the beggars are just fakes and dress up intentionally to look pathetic. They probably make a good living from begging. However, when I see a person begging who is an amputee, I will put money in the bowl without hesitation, because I know they really need our help.
The government should spend more on helping those individuals who are in genuine need.
In fact, it is the responsibility of all citizens in society to help out.
