Manila: Malaysia has asked the Philippines to shut down an informal satellite office in Sabah, which helps Filipino migrant workers with their documentation requirements. Foreign Affairs sources in Manila said they received the request along with a suggestion to open a consulate instead. 'We cannot and we will not open a consulate because we have a standing claim to Sabah,' one diplomat said.
