JUSTICE OFFICE ATTACK CASE ADJOURNED

A jobless woman appeared in Western Court charged with vandalising the Court of Final Appeal and the Department of Justice. Cheng Yin-fong, 40, allegedly caused about $65,000 worth of damage on Tuesday inside the Court of Final Appeal and a further $6,000 damage to the Department of Justice's main glass door in Queensway on Thursday. She has been charged with two counts of criminal damage. No plea was entered. Magistrate Simon Jenkins adjourned the case to January 17.
