Watch out Dragon-i, Kee Club and One-fifth, there's a new film star hangout on the block. It's not a private member's club. And nor has management spent zillions on decor. Nonetheless, stars such as Twins, Edison Chen Koon-hei, and action hero Donnie Yen Ji-dan have been spotted at its tables recently, hunkered over scripts.

The place in question is Zambra's Coffee Shop, in Jaffe Road, Wan Chai. And the reason for its pull on the stars is simple: the Emperor Group Building is right around the corner and its coffee machine just can't grind it. 'In fact,' says our source, 'it sucks.'

As a result, Emperor executives are increasingly scheduling meetings in the coffee shop instead of the conference room. In particular, the international team working on the eagerly anticipated movie The Twins Effect are practically camping out there. It's only a matter of time before the autograph hunters join them.
