REVIEW OF VILLAGE HOUSE POLICY HITS PROBLEMS

Little progress has been made to resolve the long queue of small-house applications, Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands Michael Suen Ming-yeung said. He said there were problems in the review of the policy, which allows indigenous male residents in the New Territories to build their homes, but he declined to say what they were.
