Fetish Fashion's bondage guru, Brenda Scofield (left), has spoken at length about her ordeal last year.

Humble in victory, the former Island School drama teacher, also known as Decima, has been keeping a low profile since she was acquitted of keeping a disorderly house and managing an objectionable public performance. But in an interview with she reveals:

? During the trial - her first and only brush with the law - she had to be treated for traumatic stress and depression.

? The full cost to Hong Kong of the trial was more than $7.8 million. She described this amount as the true definition of 'obscene'.

? She was overwhelmed by the hundreds of goodwill messages from Hong Kong people she received during the trial.

She also thanked her two daughters for being 'wonderfully supportive' of their 'crazy mother' throughout her ordeal.

That Fetish Fashion is now very much back in business is illustrated by its cheeky Lunar New Year card with a message for people curious about visiting her shop: 'Don't be sheepish.'
