FOUR ARRESTED OVER DEADLY BANK ROBBERY

Shenyang police have arrested four suspects in connection with a bank robbery last month during which three people were killed, China News Service reported. The arrests were made after a 21-day manhunt. On 18 January, four masked robbers set off a bomb as a van was delivering cash from a bank. The explosion killed a bank teller and a security guard immediately, while the van driver was shot dead by the robbers. The suspects escaped with 1.97 million yuan (HK$1.8 million).
