Brown, Van Nistelrooy on target for United

Manchester United beat Juventus 2-1 in their European Champions League Group C clash on Wednesday night with goals from Wes Brown and Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Deportivo La Coruna were shocked by Basel, going down 1-0 in their Group C match in Switzerland.

Ronaldo scored the winning goal as Real Madrid beat Borussia Dortmund 2-1 and AC Milan beat Lokomotiv Moscow 1-0.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong play Taiwan tomorrow in the East Asian Football Championship qualifying tournament at Hong Kong Stadium.

The other three teams taking part are Guam, Macau and Mongolia.
