HKSA IDEA UNDER STUDY

Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Frederick Ma Si-hang said the government needed to study a Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA) proposal for a government-funded body to investigate alleged accounting fraud. The government agreed to more independent members in the HKSA's investigation and disciplinary committee.
