Two executive directors of International Capital Network Holdings - Daniel Hui Chuen-kin and Michael Lui Bing-kin - have been banned from trading for two years starting from June 17 following breaches of the takeovers code. The Securities and Futures Commission said the disciplinary action would begin in June to allow the company time to pass its clients on to other licensed firms.
