Yachts to take another tack

The curtain was supposed to come down on the sailing season yesterday. But Mother Nature had the final say as a lack of wind forced the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club Spring Regatta to be postponed to next weekend. More than 70 boats in nine classes gathered for the finale in Victoria Harbour. But officials called off racing soon after the start of the first race due to winds of less than two knots. Saturday's results would stand but yesterday's two races would be postponed, RHKYC's Jessie Hui said.
