Socialite Teresa Cheung Siu-wai (right), ex-wife of bankrupt singer Kenny B who is $250 million in the hole, was caught on camera in Express Weekly magazine wining and dining with her friends despite reports that she has failed to pay her staff wages for April and neglected to pay rent at her luxurious Peak home.

Questioned by SAR over the phone in New York, she retorted, 'Do you think people will work when they have not been paid? I have not had oysters for half a year! ... people should just get a life of their own.'

About the rent of her posh Peak home, she said it was simply a late payment, due to her efforts to negotiate a lower rent. With rent around the city slumping, it was surprising to hear that her landlord is apparently refusing to budge.
