Legislators Audrey Eu Yuet-mee and Margaret Ng Ngoi-yee have urged the people of Hong Kong to join the July 1 march against the passing of Article 23.

The bill is set to be passed in the last Legco meeting on July 9. The legislators said there had been no genuine public consultation on the bill and no opportunities for the public to voice their views.

Those who would like to join the march should assemble on the first floor of the Central Library in Causeway Bay at 2.45pm on July 1. Participants should wear black or white and rainbow caps will be distributed.
