Mr Chan will be responsible for agency expansion and agency performance monitoring. He has more than 16 years of agency administration and training experience. Prior to joining Prudential, he was the director of agency, Agency Administration Department at American International Assurance Company (Bermuda).

Alvin Li

Mr Li has 18 years of management experience in the insurance and banking industries, having worked for various insurance companies and banks in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Canada before joining Prudential.

Winnie See

Ms See will oversee the IT department and manage various systems and technology projects within the local operations, as well as in collaboration with the regional IT team. She is also responsible for driving the strategic and operational use of IT as a tool to enable the rapid growth of the business and to achieve greater cost efficiency, in line with Prudential's business objectives. Ms See has more than 20 years of IT management experience in the insurance and banking sectors.

Richard Cunningham

Based in Singapore, Mr Cunningham will oversee operations in the Asia Pacific, covering markets such as Japan, India, Southeast Asia, the Philippines and New Zealand. He will continue as senior vice-president of MTV Networks Asia, overseeing network development, licensing and merchandising for both MTV and Nickelodeon. Mr Cunningham will continue to play a vital role in overseeing both MTV and VH1 channels in Thailand.

Lucy Young

Ms Young has successfully guided and developed Nickelodeon's Marcom activities and initiatives in Asia since she joined the channel three years ago. Ms Young will oversee consumer, trade and affiliate marketing as well as pro-social, brand and publicity initiatives in the region.

Hitomi Nagakaki has been promoted to account director, network development and marketing.

Su-Mei Thompson

Commercial director for Asia

Ms Thompson will be responsible for all commercial activity in Asia, including advertising, circulation and syndication for the Financial Times newspaper and FT.com. She is experienced in developing new products and markets, and building partnerships and alliances in Asia for global media companies.

George Chin

Mr Chin was previously managing director of Chubb Protective Services Australia. In his new role, he will oversee Chubb's electronic security, fire security, security personnel and cash in transit operations throughout Asia.
