Without liquor licence: November 13, 2002, to May 21, 2003. Police seizures: 479 packets of ketamine, 222 tablets, 59 cannabis cigarettes

December 16, 2002: Application made for Place of Public Entertainment (PPE) licence. Later rejected

December 20, 2002: Appeal against non-renewal of liquor licence

March 14, 2003: Notice to landlord under Police Ordinance

April 11: First hearing for liquor licence

April 22: Appeal against refusal of PPE licence

May 23: Second hearing for liquor licence adjourned to July 31

June 16: About 100 police officers execute search warrant stating the disco and karaoke bar breached various ordinances. They seize $1 million worth of equipment.

June 18: Police are ordered to return audio, video and lighting equipment seized during the raid
