Abbie Chan Sai-kit is the managing director of Squina Cosmetics, a business promoting the health and beauty benefits of shark-liver oil. The following restaurants come highly recommended by the 'shark lady'.

Grissini, 2/F, Grand Hyatt, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, tel: 2588 1234. 'The environment is excellent and the food quality is fabulous. My favourite appetiser is raw beef with vegetables and cheese drizzled with olive oil. I am also fond of their lobster and pitta bread.'

Kaetsu, M/F, Grand Hyatt, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, tel: 2588 1234. 'My company always holds parties at this restaurant. The sashimi is fresh and excellent. It also costs less than $400 a person, so the price is reasonable.'

La Cite, Pacific Place, Admiralty, tel: 2522 8830.

'This French restaurant is a great place for an attractively priced Sunday brunch. It offers a three-course meal for $158 a head. The cheesecake [pictured] is excellent.'

Zeffirino Ristorante, 31/F, Regal Hong Kong Hotel, 88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, tel: 2837 1799.

'I come to this restaurant for dinner mostly. My

top choice is lobster risotto.'
