THE beaming smile on To Tak-kwan's face seems to prove that beauty is in the eye of the beholder as he hauls in a tiddler at yesterday's angling competition for the disabled at HMS Tamar.

Tak-kwan's five-fish haul put him among the winners at the annual event, jointly organised by the British Forces Angling Club, the Hong Kong Amateur Fishing Society and the Hong Kong Sports Association for the Mentally Handicapped.

More than 120 disabled people, including the mentally and physically handicapped, made up the 12 teams that took part.
