AIR Charter, a subsidiary of the Air France Group, will begin weekly cargo flights to Taipei from Paris on Saturday, says an Air France official.

   Last month representatives of Taiwan and France signed an agreement establishing air links between the two countries, which have significant economic ties but no diplomatic relations.
