SEMBAWANG Engineering has won a $23.6 million contract to build passenger loading bridges at Singapore's Changi airport.

The contract, to build the bridges with guidance systems for docking with passenger aircraft at the airport, was awarded by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
