The Rolling Stones impressed even the most jaded of Harbour Fest critics on Sunday night.

The finale has left many music lovers in the post-Fest doldrums. Imagine the next concert - shuffling back indoors to the beer-and-smoke-free coliseum.

But the official after-party at the China Club left club members with a bad taste in the mouth.

The much-hyped appearance by the Stones fizzled into a five-minute hello by only frontman Mick Jagger, accompanied by a leggy blonde who flew in on Sunday.

They apparently left because of the 'mob scene'.

Keith Richards, CitySeen was told, held his own party at the Grand Club at the Hyatt.

So that's it for the Stones in HK - apparently they have all flown off to go sightseeing in Beijing.
