Rivalry good for passengers

I AM a new passenger of Citybus and I am satisfied with the service it provides.

First, the buses come on time, but it is not just the punctuality that has impressed me.

The drivers are dressed smartly and they have a very good attitude towards passengers. They always have a smile for passengers. Citybus has made a good start on the route I use and I hope it can maintain this high standard of service.

I think the competition it offers will lead to an overall improvement in bus services in Hong Kong.
