Vehicle parks sold for $80m

CHINESE Estate Holdings is to sell a car park and lorry park to Bonnion Investments for $80 million.


The vehicle parks are located on the grounds of Man Lok godown in Hunghom.


Bonnion Investments is wholly owned by Thomas Lau Luen-hung, a director of Chinese Estates.


Completion of the sale will take place on or before October 15.
