Tsukiji Japanese Restaurant, in the Causeway Corner serviced apartments at 18 Percival Street, Causeway Bay (tel: 2838 3211), opened this month. The head chef of the new restaurant is Lam Kwong-ping, who previously worked at the Ritz-Carlton and the Regent (now the InterContinental) hotels. The seafood is flown in from Tokyo and Kyushu from Monday to Saturday. Lam's special dishes include grilled beef with green mustard sauce, grilled goose liver on radish with minced chicken sauce, and boiled komochi ayu fish with homemade sauce. Reservations: 2890 7780.
