The Future Is Wild: Ice World

In this series, scientists speculate about how the world would look if people ceased to to exist. In the first episode, Europe is a barren, frozen wilderness, with sabre-toothed predators preying on giant rodents. The Mediterranean has evaporated, but contains strange lizards called cryptiles (above). And the Amazon rainforest has turned into a vast grass prairie.
