Getting a buzz in celebrity search

Google may be the search engine of choice worldwide, but CitySeen doubts that it gives out awards for its most-wanted targets.

However, here in trophy-crazy Hong Kong, Yahoo HK has given its Buzz awards to the 'mostsearched-for' celebs and stars on its Chinese-language search engine.

There were four categories: celebrities, actors, singers and movies, with 10 awards given out for each category.

Legislator Audrey Eu Yuet-mee turned up to collect her prize for somehow topping the celebrity search, beating out fellow top 10 contenders Bruce Lee (No3), Tung Chee-hwa (No8) and David Beckham (No10).

Miriam Yeung Chin-wah was the most-desired singer, while in the actors category, Andy Lau Tak-wah finally beat Tony Leung Chiu-wai to a trophy. Neither showed, however, leaving fellow Infernal Affairs star Chapman To Man-chak (No7) to steal the glory (below).
