Snowden the snowman and his fellow toys are left behind when their owner moves. Snowden must lead his friends, with the help of a streetwise hound and a fast-talking mouse, across hundreds of kilometres to make it home in time for Christmas. Though at times their journey looks hopeless, the toys learn that with help from your friends, and a little faith, you can accomplish anything.
